Our teachers and aides are screened and have background checks. They are trained in both CPR and First Aid and are experienced in Early Childhood Education with a BA or MA degree or working toward their CDA Certification. We continue to engage in trainings and educational classes to better serve your children.

Vicky Rose

My name is Vicky Rose and I am the owner and director of Rosewood Learning Center. I have been teaching preschool since 1992 and I still love it!
I graduated from Liberty University with a BA in Early Childhood Education. I have a certification in Administration and in Curriculum development. I am currently working toward completing my Masters in Early Childhood Education with Liberty University.
I have a great love for education and teaching preschool is my passion. I love to see and be a part of the learning progress of children. There is no greater joy than experiencing a child understanding a new concept or learning to read their first words. Loving children, being a positive part of their lives and sharing the love of Jesus is what being a preschool teacher is all about. I am looking forward to an amazing year!
Amanda Neece

Hi, I am Amanda Neece. I have two children of my own, a daughter Annabelle, and a son Owen. I grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio. I was homeschooled and graduated from Rose Christian Academy.
I have been working in early childhood education since 2006. I am currently working toward obtaining
my CDA. My passion is to teach children to love learning and to be excited to learn new things. I enjoy the preschool age because it is one of the most important years of a child's life. It is a stepping stone to the beginning in their education. I love being a part of giving them the confidence to try new things and
grow through learning! I am looking forward to meeting everyone and having an amazing year.
Stephanie Morris

Hello! My name is Stephanie Morris and I live just outside Jamestown on our family farm with my husband and three kids.
I have been teaching at Rosewood Learning Center for the past 5 years. I am so excited to begin this school year. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of the children and families, and watching them grow and learn.
Morgan Chrisman

Hi I'm Morgan Chrisman. I am married to my high school sweetheart (who's also named Morgan). We have four children, Emma, Max, Bella, and Hazel who was born in August.
I'm excited for my second year of teaching. I grew up in Fairborn, Ohio but moved to Beavercreek a few years ago. I graduated from Wright State University in 2013 with a bachelors in psychology. I love being a part of the Rosewood family and teaching your Little Ones new skills along with teaching them about the love of Jesus.
Les Rose
Lead Teacher
My name is Les Rose, and I am Ms. Vicky's husband. We have been married since 1998. I have helped her with her preschool and daycare whenever my regular job has allowed me to. I am excited to come on full time since my retirement this past summer. I will be assisting the teachers and working in the Imagination Station this school year. I will also be helping with extended care. I have a bachelor's degree in biblical studies from Dayton Bible College.
I have worked in many different capacities with children from infant to teenagers. I enjoy interacting with kids and seeing them learn and mature. I enjoy making kids laugh and helping them to have fun! Thank you for the opportunity to influence your child's life. I love kids!
Rosewood Learning Center partners with Cedarville University in their Early Childhood Education Program and we have Background Approved Student Teachers here throughout the School Year.

Emotional Support Dog
I am a Rosewood's resident registered emotional support animal. I am a Cavelier King Charles and Cocker Spaniel mix! The children love interacting with me, I bring a calming presence to Rosewood... a lot of cuteness, too!
